The present management education institutions (MEI) are still looming large with traditional product centric views. Their marketing mixes woven are in tunes with the old concepts of services marketing mixes. Further in this globalised situation the old mixes are proving to be ineffective to face the present market challenges.
Management education services (MES) market which viewed pupil as student need to change their angle of looking towards them as Internal and Intermediate Customers, to be offered to the industrial and consumer services market. This conceptual paper reviews the present 7 P's of services marketing mix which is product centered tries to present new set of 7C's of services marketing mix which will be Customer centric. Attempts are made to modify the services marketing mix of 7 P's to 7 C's and present the need for change by reviewing the existing situation and also highlights the inevitable need for adoption of the revised 7 C's. Attempts are made to modify the existing approaches and concepts which are developed for the business sectors and explain the need for change and how they can be applied to the field of management education.

Objectives: Stent length is an important predictor of adverse events after PCI. The study was aimed to evaluate the clinical outcome of long stent length. Methodology: The present one year prospective study included 660 consecutive patients who underwent long segment elective coronary artery stenting from April 2012 and March 2013. The patients were divided into three cohorts depending upon the stent length 24-28 mm, 29-32 mm and more than 32 mm. Study endpoint was Major Adverse Cardiac Events (MACE) including cardiac death, myocardial infarction, repeat revascularization and stent thrombosis. Results: The commonest age group was 51 to 60 years (45.91%) of the 660 patients, 211 (31.97%) had stent length between 24 to 28 mm, 198 (30%) had 29 to 32 mm and 251 (38.03%) had > 32 mm. Risk factors including hypertension, diabetes mellitus, smoking, dislipidemia, obesity, family history and cerebrovascular accident were comparable in patients with different stent lengths (p>0.050). Significantly higher number of patients with 32 mm stent length had overlapping, dissection and direct stenting (p<0.050). Overall MACE was significantly high in patients with stent length >32 mm (p=0.045) but no statistically significant difference was observed on comparison of individual variables (p>0.050). Also comparable outcomes were noted in patients with diabetes mellitus and without diabetes mellitus (p>0.050). Conclusion and Interpretation: Use of more than 32mm Drug Eluting Stent (DES) for the treatment of long lesions results in overall high MACE rate.Keywords

Today the world is changing with-changing business environment .To keep a pace with this changing business environment one has to go through physical, mental, emotional and social stress. It has become important for an individual and the organization to keep them free from stress. For this purpose different kind of stress coping strategies are available. A comparative analysis was conducted on FCI and CWC organaisation to test stress coping approaches used by different personality type. For this t test, ANOVA and correlation analysis was conducted on a sample of 70 employees each from FCI and CWC organizations. Results indicated that extrovert people used emotional social support, planning as their stress coping strategies while as they rejected other strategies in both the organizations. Agreeableness type of personality people use mental disengagement, active coping, religious coping but both organizations do not use positive reinterpretation and growth, humor, restraint, emotional social support, acceptance, planning as coping strategy. The other types of personality consciousness, neuroticism, openness use the same kind of stress coping strategies in both the organization.Keywords

Chronic illnesses and the financial burden imposed because of illness has been a major concern for policy makers in health sector. Cancer is among the top ones in the list of chronic illnesses especially in northern India. To combat the financial burden of cancer on society government has launched various empanelment schemes. Keeping in mind the importance of awareness regarding various schemes a research was conducted with topic "A quasi experimental study to assess the effect of structured teaching programme regarding empanelment schemes among student nurses in Mohan Dai Oswal college of nursing in Ludhiana. Objectives for the study were 1. To assess the pretest knowledge regarding empanelment schemes among students nurses in Mohan Dai Oswal College of nursing. 2. To assess the post test knowledge score regarding empanelment schemes among student nurses in Mohan Dai Oswal College of nursing. 3. To compare the pretest and post test knowledge score among the student nurses of Oswal College of nursing.4. To assess the relationship between the effectiveness of the structured teaching programme with selected variables. sample size was 60. A self structured questionnaire was developed to assess pre and post test knowledge score of student nurses. Results revealed that in pre test maximum 48(80%) of the subjects were having average knowledge while 10(16.6%) had poor knowledge followed by 2(3.3%) had good knowledge regarding empanelment schemes. No significant relationship was found with selected variables like age, year of class, type of course, parents education, type of job etc.- Social Science as a Critical Pedagogic Tool for Value Education

This paper aims at exploring the usefulness of social science and it's teaching as critical pedagogy and transaction of values in Indian classrooms. It gives a brief background of social science pedagogy and its linkages with value education in critical manner. In modern times, the responsibility of socializing a child lays to a great extent, outside the community with school also. School successfully socializes the child and enculture them into the value system of society and value education acts as one of the tools. Value Education is often criticized of preaching prescribed and fixed norms. Hence, arise the pressing need to re-contextualize and reframe the basics of Value Education using Social Science as a pedagogic tool for inculcating Values. Values embedded in society have deep impact on life of a community. Social Science, as a discipline, provides a socio-cultural, political, economic and environmental lens to understand various dimensions of society contextualized in its past as well as present. Social Science asks students to critically reflect and assess the practices embedded in societal structures and processes. The questions that this study aimed to explore were: Are we really investing in children a critical moral and mental energy to make them alert to the social forces that threaten these values? Is there a contrast in our aims and our current practices in the name of Social Science pedagogy or is it successfully inculcating 'desired values'.Keywords

In this paper, a review of dynamic means partition based clustering algorithm for time series data is purposed in which a set of unlabeled time-series are partitioned into groups or clusters where all the objects grouped in the same cluster should be coherent or homogeneous. The proposed system is a prediction system to predict the gold market rates based on the history data set. These systems divide the data set in small fragments and process on each data block separately and conclude them as a single unit. Finally a layered neural network is implemented to filter the data and to derive the conclusion.

Privacy Preserving Data Mining (PPDM) in a broad sense has been an area of research since 1991 both in the public and private sector and has also been discussed at numerous workshops and international conferences. Currently the research is mainly directed towards development of technical methods, such as application of cryptography or the development of specialized algorithms to meet security and privacy requirements for different data mining methods, such as classification or categorisation. So far PPDM has found application in only a few cases. One example is documented in medical research to protect patients' privacy In all cases when data mining is applied in the context of personal data, basic data and data mining results have to be collected, stored and processed in compliance with data protection legislation. This results in responsibilities for data controllers, technical operators and others involved in those business or governmental processes where data mining plays a role.Keywords

Background: Tuberculosis is a major public health problem globally, and India has the largest number of TB patients throughout the world. Correct knowledge regarding tuberculosis in the community are essential for the effective functioning of control programs. Objective: To assess the knowledge, regarding tuberculosis among the rural family members in Sri Ganganagar district of Rajasthan, as tuberculosis is more prevalent in rural areas. Materials and Methods: A community-based, cross-sectional study was carried out in 6A Chotti Village, a rural area in Sri Ganganagar district of Rajasthan, in April-May 2016. All family members aged between 18 years to 60 years who were permanent residents of the study area were included in the study.50 samples were taken for the study. A predesigned and pretested questionnaire was used as a study tool. Data collection was done by house-to-house survey. Data analysis was done by descriptive statistics; informed oral consent was obtained from all the participants. Result: This study is revealed that the majority of most of the family members having knowledge average knowledge 26 (52%) regarding pulmonary Tuberculosis. Only 4 (8%) having good knowledge regarding TB and 22(44%) belongs to poor category. Conclusion: Intervention measures in the form of IEC activities should be carried out in rural areas to increase the awareness regarding tuberculosis.Keywords
